iNSPIRETEK was founded with a singular focus: to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes for every young athlete.

Our founder Annie Flamsteed was a competitive gymnast growing up in Australia, but chose to exit the sport in her late teens due to the mental health and wellbeing issues she had developed in her sport.

Annie went on to study medicine, before focusing on building solutions through health technology, which led to the founding of iNSPIRETEK in 2019.

In 2021, the American Academy of Pediatrics declared a state of emergency in child and adolescent mental health.

We believe that the all-encompassing focus on performance in sport has come at a cost, often ignoring all but the most elite of athletes. Most current platforms out there in sport are not for everybody.

This led us to build a platform that works for all young athletes, and our suite of technologies work together to drive positive behavioural change at a critical period in an athlete’s life.
