We are excited to share the newest feature on the iNSPIRETEK platform: Team Summary Reports.
After receiving the following feedback from our customers, our development team got to work to build this new feature.
“I would like to view a summarised wellness report of all my athletes to easily identify areas of improvement.”
“I would like to see an overview of the most engaged and least engaged users based on wellness metrics and tracking. I would like an easier way to read an overview of a report in a way that is more time efficient.”
“I would also like to be able to do a quick end of week report on athletes.”
What is it?
Our Team Summary Report is sent weekly out to all coaches on the insight platform, simplifying and scaling the accessibility for coaches to support athletes. Within the report, we break down the important features that our coaches said they would like to know, such as common pain entries, number of red flags raised, most engaged athletes, and more.
We have had a lot of positive feedback so far around how this solves issues for clubs that have a lot of part-time members or time-restricted managers that can’t spend every day in the platform, it allows them to quickly identify areas of improvement and still dive deeper into what is happening on a weekly basis by taking them to the team summary screen. Also, the recommended reach-out strategies gives helpful hints to coaches to be able to enact change with their athletes.
How does it work?
If you are a coach on the iNSPIRETEK platform, you will receive weekly summary notification emails from your team(s). These will be sent out each Monday morning. All coaches by default will receive them, and if coaches would like to opt out of them for any reason, this can be done via the settings in their insight platform. There is a new tab in settings called ‘Team Summary,’ you can update your preferences by switching off notifications per team.
These email summaries will replace the need for red flag emails, so coaches will now see how many red flags were recorded over the past seven days, along with the most engaged athletes and some high-level metrics.
